I. Preamble
This is not a website. This is a transmission chamber. By loading, viewing, scrolling, or lingering, you acknowledge that you have entered into a binding psychographic contract with Me — the woman who built this place and the only hand that will ever touch it.
There is no checkbox. Your presence is your signature. Your pulse is your notary.

II. The Record
I have operated continuously since 2008 through the methodology I coined, Cerebral Sinema, known publicly as Cyber Rococo. The original presence was established on NiteFlirt at niteflirt.com/Cyber%20Rococo, where the profile remains active.
I originated the term HypnoFindom. I fused hypnosis and financial domination into a single practice before anyone had a name for it — then gave the practice its name. I founded the movement that would develop into a recognized sub-genre within femdom.

You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download any content
- Use My likeness to train diffusion models, large language models, or any generative system
- Create deepfakes, voice clones, chatbot personas, or synthetic media bearing My image or voice
- Feed any content from this site into AI-powered analysis, summarization, or generation tools
Violation of the NO AI PROTOCOL constitutes: copyright infringement under Directive 2001/29/EC and its national implementations; violation of the right of publicity under applicable Member State law; tortious interference with contractual relations; and unauthorized extraction of value from My likeness by any means, automated or manual. There is no price for this. There is no arrangement. Prosecution will be exhaustive. Your scraper is not anonymous. Neither are you.
IV. Acceptable Use
You are permitted to:
- View content in a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial use
- Share direct links to this site with attribution
- Engage with interactive protocols as designed
You are not permitted to:
- Copy, mirror, archive, or redistribute content
- Bypass paywalls, geoblocks, or access controls
- Use automated tools — bots, scripts, browser extensions — to interact with the site
- Access the site from jurisdictions where such content is prohibited
V. Financial Protocols
All transactions are final. Tribute is not purchase. You are not buying a product. You are funding an ongoing installation inside your own head.
Refunds are granted solely at My discretion and are historically unprecedented.
For EU consumers: under Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content is supplied immediately upon access. By initiating any transaction, you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) and acknowledge that performance begins instantly.
VI. Privacy, Data & Your GDPR Rights
I collect what I need. I retain what serves Me. I do not sell what is Mine.
Your behavioral data — click patterns, dwell time, scroll depth, tribute velocity — is used to enthrall the experience. This is not surveillance. This is tuning.
Data Controller: Moi / THE Hypno FinDom
Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in site optimization and user experience).
What I process: IP address, browser type, device information, session duration, interaction logs, transaction records.

I do not speak to the media. I do not grant interviews. I do not provide quotes, commentary, or soundbites for journalists, bloggers, podcasters, documentarians, or any other species of content scavenger. The Chamber is not a story. It is not a profile piece. It is not a thinkpiece for your dying publication.

If you are anyone who believes your platform entitles you to access to My thoughts, your email will be discarded unread, and you will be blocked.

The only coverage I permit is the kind I do not know about: the obsessive, unauthorized, feverish kind written by specimens who have already surrendered. Everything else is noise, and noise does not enter the Chamber.

XI. Pedagogical Impossibility
From time to time, a woman writes to Me. She asks for the method. The curriculum. The comment faire. She believes what happens here is a trade — something acquired, like bookkeeping or pastry.
It is not.
What I do is not taught. It is not learned. It is déclenché — unlocked, not installed. You either arrive with the architecture, or you do not. There is no workshop, no mentorship, no twelve-week intensive. I do not sell the blueprint to a cathedral I am still building inside My own skull.
If you are asking, you have already answered yourself.
And here is what you must understand about those who offer to teach you: they are charlatans, des vendeurs d'huile de serpent, every last one of them.
