Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-30. Read this as carefully as you read Me.
I. The Nature of Tribute
Tribute is not purchase. You are not buying a product. You are funding an ongoing installation inside your own head — a private, permanent transmission that begins the moment your payment clears.
Because the installation begins instantly and cannot be unbuilt, all transactions are final. There is no return shipment. There is no warehouse. There is only the work, and the work does not reverse.
II. No Refunds. Ever.
Tributes are non-refundable. Digital downloads are non-refundable. There is no cooling-off period. There is no grace window. There is no partial refund, no credit, no exchange. Once a tribute is sent or a download is accessed, the transaction is finished — permanently and without exception.
This is not a policy I invented to be difficult. It is the only policy that is honest about what happens here. You are not renting access to a service. You are not subscribing to a stream. You are sending tribute — freely, knowingly, permanently — in exchange for digital content delivered the moment the transaction clears.
III. Digital Delivery & Immediate Performance
Everything here is digital. Everything here is delivered the moment access is granted. Under Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content is supplied immediately upon access. By initiating any transaction, you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) and acknowledge that performance begins instantly.
What that means, plainly: once you have opened the door, the door is behind you. You cannot return a download you have already received. You cannot un-live a session you have already lived through.
IV. Billing Is Handled by the Payment Processor You Used
I do not handle billing. I do not see your card. I do not process charges. I cannot refund charges. All payment processing is handled entirely by whichever payment processor you used to send tribute or receive your download — under that processor's own terms and its own refund practices. If you have a question about a charge, a card, a descriptor, or a declined payment, that is your processor's territory — not Mine.
Each payment processor's consumer support operates independently and is the correct first stop for any payment-mechanics issue: the number on your statement, why a charge appeared, whether a card was accepted, what the descriptor means. Check the receipt you received when the transaction completed — it names the processor you used. That is who to contact. That is their job. Let them do it.
V. What to Do If Something Is Genuinely Wrong
If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation — a stolen card, a duplicate charge from a payment error, something that clearly is not a tribute you chose to send — write to Me at inquiries@hypnofindom.vip and contact the payment processor you used.
Authorisation fraud and payment-processor errors are not the same as regret. The first two I take seriously and will help you resolve with your processor. The third is not a refund case. Read that sentence again if you need to.
VI. Chargebacks
A fraudulent chargeback is theft dressed as consumer protection. If you file one, access is terminated, your identity is blacklisted across every platform I operate on, and your details are reported to the industry fraud registries.
If something is genuinely wrong with a charge, use Section V. There is no scenario in which a bank dispute solves a problem that a direct message would not have solved better.
VII. EU Consumer Rights
For EU consumers: the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU is expressly waived at the moment of transaction under Article 16(m), because digital content is delivered immediately upon access. This waiver is only valid where you were clearly informed of it before completing the transaction — which is what this page exists to do.
If you believe a refund is owed under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived, direct that enquiry to the payment processor you used as the merchant of record. I do not fight lawful obligations. I simply do not confuse them with preferences.
VIII. Contact
For non-billing questions — anything not about a charge, a card, or a refund — write to:
For billing questions, contact the payment processor you used. I cannot see your charge. I cannot refund your charge. I cannot explain your charge. Your processor can — and your receipt tells you which one that is.
I respond when I respond. Urgency is not a legal basis for processing.
By submitting tribute, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.
