I. Preamble

This page exists because the law requires it. Everything below is a statement of compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257, its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and the parallel record-keeping obligations that apply in the jurisdictions where I operate.

I state it plainly so there is no ambiguity for anyone — you, a platform, a payment processor, or a regulator — about what this site is and what it is not.

II. Who Appears on This Site

There are no "models" here. The only person who appears in any visual content on this site is Myself — the owner and author of this site — and, on rare occasions, an owned submissive under My direct control and consent.

No third-party performers. No agency talent. No castings. No stock models. The person you see is the person speaking to you.

III. Age Verification

Every person who appears in any visual depiction on this site — Myself, and any owned submissive shown on rare occasions — was over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time any such depiction was created. Written consent and proof of age are held for every person shown.

I do not depict, host, link to, or distribute any content involving minors. I do not depict, host, link to, or distribute any content that is non-consensual, coerced, or produced without the informed participation of every person shown. Any such content, if brought to My attention, is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

IV. Exemption Status

Because this site contains no nudity and no graphic pornography, and does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)–(D), the visual content on this site is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Where any content on this site does fall within the scope of §2257, the required records are maintained and are available to proper legal authorities upon lawful request.

V. Records Custodian

Records are maintained at the custodian's principal place of business and are available for inspection by the Attorney General of the United States, or their designated representative, during regular business hours upon proper notice.

VI. Location of Records

The records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, where applicable, are kept at the custodian's business address and may be examined by authorized inspectors. Any lawful request for records should be sent in writing to the address above, with sufficient legal identification of the requesting authority.

VII. Third-Party Content

Some content available through this site may be produced by third parties and hosted by them under their own §2257 compliance statements. Where that is the case, the third party is the primary producer and maintains their own records under their own exemption or compliance filings. I do not assert custody over records I do not hold.

VIII. Verification on Request
